Dear Anderson/Howard family.... Mike and I are in Florida and won't be able to make Shawn's celebration of life. Please accept our deepest condolences. I will always cherish the memories of Iroquois Drive. You are in our thoughts and prayers Love and friendship, Peggy Hourihan Nigrelli
Shawn was a fiercely devoted mother and grandmother who loved her boys and her granddaughters with everything she had to give. She was the glue that held us together and always reminded us that family gets through the tough times together.
During her final fight, she was surrounded by so much love and laughter, tears of sadness and tears of joy in remembering the impact she had on each of us. When she passed God cleared the clouds from the sky to give her a smooth flight to heaven.
She will be sorely missed by all who knew her, but her legacy will live on in those she inspired to be the best version of themselves they could be.
Condolences to you all. I have so many happy memories of meeting as a volunteer at High Hurdles. Then we rode together as therapeutic riders. I enjoyed her company so much. Shawn, Cathy and I had many fun times together. Although I hadn't seen her since she left for Texas Shawn will be missed.
