Of Buffalo, NY, November 12, 2022. Beloved partner of David J. Garland; husband of Cecilia (Marino) Bixby; dearest father of Robert J. (Tammy) Bixby, Samuel M. (Carrie) Bixby, and Jeanmarie (Anthony) Rodriguez; grandfather of Anthony Jr., Brooke, Isabella, Breanna, and Remi; loving son of the late Robert F. and Jeanne M. (Linen) Bixby; brother of Candy (late Timothy) Joldos, Cliff (Earlene) Bixby, Robin (Joseph) Tomasello, and the late Robert Bixby Jr.; also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Hope Parish (Annunciation Church) corner of Lafayette Ave. and Greenwood Pl., Buffalo, NY, Monday, November 28, 2022 at 10 AM.
