Obituary of Lois R. Schneider

SCHNEIDER - Lois R. (nee Rindfleisch)
Of Buffalo, NY, left us February 20, 2023 at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Eugene C. Schneider; dearest mother of Deborah C. (Raymond) Darling; sister of Beverly (Terry) Stroh and the late Gwendolyn (Raymond) Sommer, William (Barbara) Rindfleisch, Ronald (Veronica) Rindfleisch, Kenneth "Joe" Rindfleisch, Carol (Terence) Coughlin and Donna (Robert) Fox; also survived by many nieces and nephews, almost as many great-nieces and nephews, and a whole big "extended" family of dear and loving friends. After living in the Town of Tonawanda, NY, for over 20 years, Lois and her husband, Gene, retired to Ocala, FL, in 1991. Lois then returned to Grand Island, NY, in 2005. In 2018, she joined the Wheatfield Commons Assisted Living/Memory Care Community in North Tonawanda, NY, where she lived out the last of her wonderful years. Lois was a lifetime member of Beta Sigma Phi International Sorority and was active in many social activities throughout her lifetime. With a smile on her face, and sometimes a funny comment, Lois enjoyed whatever she was doing with whoever she was with. She will now make the cutest little Angel. No prior visitation.
