Of Buffalo, NY, March 11, 2023. Dearest mother of Daeja, Iyana, Brian, Ariana and Isabella; loving daughter of Lisa (Lewandowski) Burgos and the late Brian Smith; stepdaughter of the late Angel Burgos, Jr.; granddaughter of Leatrice Lewandowski and Patricia Brylski "Angel Face"; sister of Angel (Julia) Burgos III, Evan (Katie) Burgos and Eleena (Adam) Mills. No prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at St. John's Lutheran Church, 4536 South Buffalo Street, Orchard Park, NY, Sunday, March 26, 2023 at 3 PM. A reception to follow in the church hall. Carly-Jo was an employee at Tesla and enjoyed working at the Broadway Market for the Easter Season.
